The investment industry has seen a rising interest in factor investing, with Invesco looking to cement their long-term position as an international well renowned category leader within the Factor Investing space, and a global thought leader. Invesco is not readily associated with innovation, and so we felt the marketing should be grounded in Invesco’s heritage to overcome any suggestion that Factor Investing is gimmicky, tailoring existing elements from the Invesco guidelines and developing a visual language that worked for multiple channels across EMEA.
The final solution was positioned around the statement ‘Practitioners in Factor Science‘, the idea of bringing an element of humanity to sophisticated, scientific skills. The visual representation being based on algorithms and the idea that algorithms are created by people to perform calculations, process data and typically to solve problems.
